Our Story
A Family run business since 1999, the Purvis family have now added the addition of 10 ensuite rooms. With Ollie at the helm @ The Canal Inn, he creates amazing food for you to enjoy during your stay here with us. Ollie specialises in Steak and seafood, his beef being locally sourced and dry aged, you can enjoy the delights of a Tomahawk, Chateaubriand or a pre-ordered Beef Wellington to share. Our meat fridge and lobster tank are on display.. a real treat for Somerset and we look forward to welcoming you.
We do offer Contractor rates if you would like a touch of luxury whist working in the area. Being only 4 miles from Junction 25, we are perfectly located for Hinkley Point.
